Refund Policy

At Green Witch School of Practical Magic, each offering is unique, and our refund rules vary by type of purchase.

 

1. Memberships

• All Moon Magic Circle memberships are non-refundable.

• Plans renew automatically unless canceled before your next billing date.

 

2. Events & Workshops

• Unless otherwise stated in the event description, tickets are non-refundable.

• If we cancel an event, you will receive a full refund or credit.

 

3. Merchandise

• All merchandise is custom-printed to order.

• We only accept returns or exchanges if the item arrives damaged or defective.

• To request a replacement, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.

 

4. Digital Products

• All sales of digital products are final once delivered.

• If you have trouble accessing your files, contact us so we can assist.
