These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Green Witch School of Practical Magic (“we,” “us,” “our”) website, events, memberships, and products. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services & Products

We offer educational events, workshops, memberships, and merchandise. Details for each offering, including dates, times, prices, and inclusions, are listed on our website or promotional materials.

 

2. Orders & Payments

  • All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise arranged in writing.

  • We accept payment through secure third-party processors, including Wix Payments, PayPal, and Venmo.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice, but you will not be charged more after placing your order.

 

3. Event & Workshop Policies

  • Registration is confirmed once payment is received.

  • Cancellations and refunds are only granted as outlined in the event listing or confirmation email.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances. If we cancel, you will receive a refund or credit.

 

4. Memberships

  • Membership fees are billed on the schedule you selected (monthly, quarterly, or annually) and renew automatically unless canceled before your next billing date.

  • Membership benefits are described on our website and may be updated from time to time.

  • Membership fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

 

5. Merchandise

  • All merchandise is custom-printed to order. Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the item arrives damaged or defective.

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can arrange a replacement.

  • Fulfillment and shipping are handled by trusted partners such as Printful.

 

6. Digital Products

  • All digital product sales are final and non-refundable once delivered.

  • You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use the purchased digital product. You may not share, resell, or redistribute it without permission.

 

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, images, graphics, and event materials, is our property or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute it without written consent.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

Our events, services, and products are intended for personal education and inspiration. We do not guarantee specific outcomes. You participate at your own risk and agree that we are not liable for any damages arising from your participation or purchase.

 

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict of law principles.
